CrystaTech Completes Sale of CrystaSulf Technology to URS Corporation
CrystaTech completed the sale and transfer of its CrystaSulf and CrystaSulf Direct Oxidation intellectual property to URS Corporation (www.urs.com) on June 14, 2011. Under the terms of the agreement, USR Corporation acquired exclusive worldwide rights and patents relating to the leading hydrogen sulfide removal technology. Further, all CrystaTech engineering, project management and technical staff were transferred to URS’s Austin, Texas Energy Practice and will continue to support all existing CrystaSulf / CrystaSulf Direct Oxidation license agreements, technology development initiatives, on-going commercial projects and business development.
